First few days back in California and I'm desperate to beat the heat in any way I can. I headed down to Santa Monica to visit one of my dear friends in the West Coast. We exchanged our interesting summer stories to one another and well, let's just say Aria had the more interesting vacation. I was pretty glad that Santa Monica stayed rather cool from the sea breeze. It's also pretty comforting to return to great Californian basics; a white blouse and denim shorts. This pairing speaks true simplicity in my mind, kind of like our friendship, just effortless.
